Hello, welcome to my homepage...
I travelled a lot in my life - I visited about 60 countries and spent 2 years sightseeing around the world. I had most marvellous experiences, meeting people, seeing wonders of nature, architecture, immersing in different cultures, eating wild food. See "Travel" section for some pictures that I, or my companions in travels, have taken.
For the past several years I have been scuba diving in very different places. The sites I've been lucky to visit span from the Caribbean (Mexico, Honduras, Belize, Jamaica, Grenada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines) through Canary Islands (Lanzarote) to Egypt (Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Dahab) and Thailand/Myanmar. These were wonderful experiences; if you're a diver you will surely agree - if you're not - you should definitely try! In the "Diving" section you will find some photos, movies and interesting articles I wrote for "Wielki Blekit" - the diving magazine.
For the past 5+ years I have been interested in alternative investments - mainly gold and silver. Gold has been the best asset class for the decade of 2000's and will likely be the best for the best decade, unless silver takes its position... You will find comments concerning my investment philosophy under the tag "Investments".
There are more interesting topics in the "Other interests" section. Brewing your own beer is not that difficult as you may think, as is growing your own colorful bismuth crystals...

I do lots of different stuff. If I am not employed or managing assets, I am likely either travelling or diving. Or maybe growing bismuth crystals or brewing own beer or possibly folding proteins for Stanford University. I think I just want to try different things before I "walk into that good night".
